Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Rural Municipality of Nipawin No. 487 intends to adopt a bylaw under The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to amend Bylaw No. 7-2013, known as the Zoning Bylaw.
REASON
The reason for the amendment is to re-zone a 27.03 ha section of land located at NE ¼ 03-51-14 W2M from Agricultural District to Country Residential (CR1)
AFFECTED LAND
The affected land is shown in the sketch plan below:
PUBLIC INSPECTION
Any person may inspect the bylaw at the municipal office between 8:00 a.m. – noon and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at the municipal office in Codette, Saskatchewan to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed bylaw. Council will also consider written comments received at the hearing (or delivered to the undersigned at the municipal office before the hearing).
