NOTICE ASSESSMENT ROLL 2026
Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll of the R.M. of Hudson Bay No. 394 for the year 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection at the office of the assessor, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on the following days: Monday-Friday, March 20, 2026 to April 20, 2026
A Bylaw pursuant to Section 214 of The Municipality Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.
All appeals must be filed with the Secretary of Board of Revision, Lisa Peterson, P.O. Box 133, Preeceville, SK S0A 3B0.
A fee of $200.00 for each assessment appealed must be submitted to the local assessor at the R.M. of Hudson Bay No. 394, P.O. Box 520, Hudson Bay, SK S0E 0Y0. If the appeal is successful, the fee will be refunded.
Any notice of appeal must be filed and the appeal fee submitted by the 20th day of April 2026.
